USCIS Releases Forms and Information on Applying for Deferred Action for DREAMers
Today, USCIS released the Forms I-821D and I-765WS. Interestingly enough, they decided to give the form the same number as the form used to apply for TPS except they added a “D” perhaps for Deferred Action or Dream Act? In any event they also have a website dedicated to the program which contains extensive information http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f2ef2f19470f7310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=f2ef2f19470f7310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD also at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=05faf6c546129310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD .
